Nil Torrent Tiny Personal Firewall... Is Messing With Torrents!??

Tiny personal firewall... is messing with torrents!?? - nil torrent

I tried to download torrents. Go to a website, click on "Download torrent" and then save, then open it with uTorrent.

it ends there - nothing happens! nothing. Zero. At first I thought it was because it was not enough room. So I tried to delete it. but even then does not work. I now think that the firewall blocked so - how do I change the firewall settings and allow uTorrent to download? I use a "Tiny Personal Firewall"
